Entry to the event is strictly prohibited for individuals under the age allowed, depending on the event’s age restriction. Valid photo identification may be required at the entrance. Anyone who fails to provide proof of age upon request will be denied entry without the right to a refund.

All reservations must arrive before 23:00. Reservations after 23:00 may not be valid. The event organizers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any individual from the venue for reasons of public safety, without the right to a refund, due to any unacceptable behavior that may cause damage, disturbance, or injury, or for any violation of the organizers' terms and conditions.

For cancellations, no refunds will be issued within 72 hours prior to the event. The Producer/Organizer reserves the right to make any changes to the date, time, or venue of the event. In the event of a postponement of the event for any reason beyond the influence and direct control of the Producer/Organizer, the Producer/Organizer will announce the rescheduled event, venue, and new date of the event as they see fit. Tickets already sold will remain valid and will automatically transfer to the new scheduled date of the event. Ticket holders are not entitled to a refund unless, by exception, permission is granted by the Producer/Organizer. In the event that the Producer/Organizer approves the cancellation of a transaction and thus a refund is issued, only the amount corresponding to the ticket’s face value will be refunded — not the Processing Fees or Transaction Fees paid during the ticket purchase. In the event of event cancellation, you will be notified regarding the ticket cancellation procedure. During the refund process, only the amount corresponding to the ticket’s face value will be refunded — not the Processing Fees or Transaction Fees. This amount pertains to the ticketing service provided for the ticket purchase process and is non-refundable.
